Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division SUPERECTIFIER® EGP20AHE3-54 is a general-purpose diode with a 50 V reverse voltage capability and a 2 A average rectified forward current. This axial-leaded device, housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) package, features a fast reverse recovery time of 50 ns.
