Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division VS-40TPS12PBF is a standard recovery SCR with a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 1.2 kV. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-247AC package, offers a continuous on-state current of 35 A (average) and an RMS on-state current of 55 A. Its surge current capability is 600 A at 50 Hz. The gate trigger current (Igt) and gate trigger voltage (Vgt) are rated at a maximum of 150 mA and 2.5 V, respectively, with a maximum holding current (Ih) of 150 mA.
