Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division IRKT27-10A is a dual SCR module designed for robust power control applications. This ADD-A-PAK component features two SCRs connected in series, offering a blocking voltage of 1 kV and a continuous on-state current handling capability of 27 A (average) and 60 A (RMS). The module supports a non-repetitive surge current of up to 420 A at 50/60 Hz. With a gate trigger current (Igt) of 150 mA and a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 2.5 V, precise control is maintained. The holding current (Ih) is rated at a maximum of 200 mA. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ), this module is suitable for chassis mounting. Its series connection configuration makes it ideal for applications in industrial power supplies, motor control, and welding equipment.
