This Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division VS-20CTH03-1PBF is a FRED Pt® series fast recovery diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 300V and a continuous average rectified current of 10A per diode.
