Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division presents the V80100PW-M3-4W, a TMBS® series Schottky diode array. This component features a common cathode configuration with two diodes, each rated for 100V reverse voltage and capable of handling 40A average rectified current (Io) per diode.
