Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division TMBS® V80100P-E3-45 is a common cathode dual Schottky diode array designed for high-efficiency power rectification. This component features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous average rectified current of 40A per diode. The forward voltage drop is rated at a maximum of 780mV at 40A, contributing to reduced power loss. Reverse leakage current is specified at 800µA at 100V.
