Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division MBR1090CT-E3-45 is a TMBS® series Schottky diode array. This component features a common cathode configuration with two diodes, each rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 90V and an average rectified current of 5A. The forward voltage (Vf) is a maximum of 850mV at 5A, with a reverse leakage current of 100µA at 90V. Operating across a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C, this through-hole device is packaged in a TO-220-3. Its fast recovery characteristic, with a typical time less than 500ns for currents greater than 200mA, makes it suitable for applications in power supply rectification, reverse polarity protection, and high-frequency switching power supplies.
