Vishay General Semiconductor - Diodes Division HEXFRED® HFA100MD60D is a dual diode module featuring a series connection of two fast recovery diodes. This component offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 600V and a continuous average forward current (Io) of 83A per diode. The forward voltage drop (Vf) is 1.4V at 50A, and the reverse leakage current (Ir) is 20µA at 600V.
