Vishay Dale Thin Film MPMA series MPMA1001AT1 is a 2-resistor network featuring two 500 Ohm elements with a tight tolerance of ±0.1% and a temperature coefficient of ±25ppm/°C. This voltage divider network offers a resistor matching ratio of ±0.05% and a resistor-ratio-drift of ±2ppm/°C, ensuring excellent performance stability. Each element is rated for 100mW of power dissipation. The component is housed in a compact TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package for surface mounting. Qualified to AEC-Q200, this network is suitable for demanding automotive applications. It is supplied on tape and reel.
