Vishay Dale Thin Film MPMA series resistor network. This 2-resistor network features precision values of 1k Ohm and 4k Ohm with a tight tolerance of ±0.1% and a resistor matching ratio of ±0.05%. Designed as a voltage divider with TCR matched elements, it offers a temperature coefficient of ±25ppm/°C and a resistor-ratio-drift of ±3ppm/°C for stability across operating temperatures from -55°C to 155°C. Each element is rated for 100mW power dissipation. The component is housed in a SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface-mount package and is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications.
