Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage RN2904-T5L-F-T- is a dual 2 PNP pre-biased bipolar transistor array. This device offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V and a maximum collector current of 100mA. The DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 80 at 10mA and 5V, with a transition frequency of 200MHz. Each transistor within the array features internal base resistors of 47kOhms. The saturation voltage (Vce Sat) is a maximum of 300mV at 250µA base current and 5mA collector current. With a maximum power dissipation of 200mW, this component is available in a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 (US6) package, supplied on tape and reel. Applications for this device include consumer electronics and industrial control systems.
