Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage RN2904-LXHF-CT is a 2 PNP pre-biased bipolar transistor array designed for automotive applications. This dual transistor configuration features internal base resistors of 47kOhms for both transistors, simplifying circuit design. The device offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V and a maximum collector current of 100mA.
