Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage RN2704-LF is a dual PNP pre-biased bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for surface mount applications. This component features integrated base resistors (R1 = 47kO, R2 = 47kO) facilitating simplified circuit design. It operates with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (Vce) of 50V and a maximum collector current (Ic) of 100mA. The transistor exhibits a transition frequency (fT) of 200MHz and a maximum power dissipation of 200mW. Saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) is specified at 300mV (max) at 250µA base current and 5mA collector current. This device is suitable for applications in consumer electronics and industrial control systems. The RN2704-LF is supplied in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.
