Texas Instruments Sitara™ XAM3359ZCZ is a 32-bit, single-core ARM® Cortex®-A8 microprocessor. This device features a 324-NFBGA (15x15) package and supports LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, and DDR3L RAM controllers. Integrated peripherals include dual 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports, two USB 2.0 interfaces with PHY, CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, and UART. The XAM3359ZCZ includes display and interface controllers for LCD and touchscreen functionality, as well as graphics acceleration and NEON™ SIMD for multimedia processing.
