Texas Instruments TPS79318YEQT is a low-noise, high-PSRR, fixed 1.8V linear voltage regulator. This device delivers 200mA of output current with a low quiescent current of 220µA. The TPS79318YEQT features excellent transient response and supports an input voltage range up to 5.5V. Protection features include over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, and under voltage lockout. The high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB to 43dB across the 100Hz to 100kHz frequency range makes it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The 5-DSBGA NanoStar™ package is ideal for space-constrained designs in portable electronics, medical devices, and wireless infrastructure.
