Texas Instruments LP3892ES-1-5 is a fixed 1.5V, 1.5A linear voltage regulator. This device features a low quiescent current of 30 µA and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The output is capable of delivering 1.5A with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5V at 1.5A. Protection features include over current, over temperature, and under voltage lockout (UVLO). The regulator offers excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) ranging from 80dB to 65dB across the 120Hz to 1kHz frequency range. It is supplied in a TO-263 (DDPAK-5) surface-mount package, suitable for applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics requiring stable voltage regulation. This single-output positive regulator includes an enable control feature for power management.
