Texas Instruments LP3891ES-1-8-NOPB is a fixed 1.8V positive linear voltage regulator, capable of delivering up to 800mA output current. This device features an enable control pin and operates with a low quiescent current of 30 µA. The LP3891ES-1-8-NOPB offers robust protection against over current, over temperature, short circuit, and under voltage lockout (UVLO). With a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a dropout voltage of 0.4V at 800mA, it provides excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance ranging from 80dB to 65dB across a 120Hz to 1kHz frequency range. The regulator is housed in a TO-263-6, D2PAK package for surface mounting. It is utilized in applications such as power supplies for base stations, microprocessors, and consumer electronics. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
