Texas Instruments TLV2264AMJB is a quad-channel, low-voltage, rail-to-rail output CMOS amplifier. This LinCMOS™ series component features a gain bandwidth product of 710 kHz and a slew rate of 0.55V/µs. Designed for demanding applications, it offers a low input bias current of 1 pA and a typical supply current of 800µA per channel. The amplifier supports a supply voltage span from 2.7V to 8V. Its 14-CDIP package is suitable for through-hole mounting and operates across an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. With its AEC-Q100 qualification, it is well-suited for automotive applications, as well as industrial instrumentation and buffer amplification. The device provides push-pull, rail-to-rail output capabilities.
