Texas Instruments TLV2264AIDRG4 is a quad-channel CMOS operational amplifier from the LinCMOS™ series. This device features rail-to-rail output and input capabilities, enabling operation across a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 8V. With a gain bandwidth product of 710 kHz and a slew rate of 0.55V/µs, it is suitable for a variety of instrumentation and amplification applications. The input bias current is a low 1 pA, and the output current per channel is 50 mA. Each of the four circuits draws 800µA (total supply current). The TLV2264AIDRG4 is housed in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface mount package and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This component finds use in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and medical devices.
