Texas Instruments TLC27M4ACDRG4 is a quad general-purpose operational amplifier from the LinCMOS™ series. This device features a low input bias current of 0.7 pA and a high input impedance. Each of the four independent amplifier channels offers a gain bandwidth product of 525 kHz and a slew rate of 0.62V/µs. The amplifier's output current capability is 30 mA per channel, with a typical supply current of 570µA per channel across its operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The device supports supply voltage spans from 3V to 16V. With a low input offset voltage of 900 µV, this op amp is suitable for applications in industrial automation and consumer electronics. It is supplied in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package, delivered on tape and reel.
