Texas Instruments LinCMOS™ TLC2254QDRG4 is a quad, general-purpose operational amplifier. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features rail-to-rail output and a low input bias current of 1 pA. With a gain bandwidth product of 210 kHz and a slew rate of 0.12 V/µs, it offers efficient performance for demanding applications. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 4.4 V to 16 V and draws a quiescent current of 160 µA per channel. Each channel can deliver up to 50 mA of output current. The TLC2254QDRG4 is housed in a 14-SOIC package for surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. Its low power consumption and automotive grade qualification make it suitable for automotive and industrial instrumentation.
