Texas Instruments TLC2254AQD is a quad-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier from the LinCMOS™ series. This AEC-Q100 qualified device features rail-to-rail output capabilities and a low supply current of 160µA per channel. With a gain bandwidth product of 210 kHz and a slew rate of 0.12V/µs, it is suitable for a wide range of automotive applications. The input bias current is a mere 1 pA, and the output current per channel can reach 50 mA. The TLC2254AQD operates from a supply voltage range of 4.4V to 16V and is housed in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package, supplied in tubes. It is designed for operation across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with an input offset voltage of 200 µV.
