Texas Instruments THS4505IDRG4 is a single-channel, high-speed, low-power, fully differential operational amplifier designed for demanding signal conditioning applications. With a 300 MHz gain bandwidth product and a 370 MHz -3dB bandwidth, this device offers exceptional performance for high-frequency signal processing. The THS4505IDRG4 features a high slew rate of 2800V/µs, enabling rapid transient response. It operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 15V and consumes 23mA of quiescent current. The input bias current is 4 µA, and the input offset voltage is 1 mV. This amplifier is housed in an 8-SOIC package and is supplied on tape and reel. Its fully differential architecture makes it suitable for applications in high-definition video, medical imaging, and high-speed data acquisition systems.
