Texas Instruments THS4500CDR is a high-speed, low-power, fully differential amplifier designed for demanding applications. This single-circuit device features a wide -3dB bandwidth of 370 MHz and a gain bandwidth product of 300 MHz, enabling efficient signal processing in high-frequency systems. With a rapid slew rate of 2800V/µs, it accurately reproduces fast-changing signals. The THS4500CDR operates from a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 15V and consumes 23mA of quiescent current.
