Texas Instruments UCC27201QDDARQ1 is a dual-channel, high-speed, half-bridge gate driver designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features independent drivers, each capable of sourcing and sinking 3A of peak output current, enabling efficient driving of N-channel MOSFETs. The non-inverting input logic, with VIH/VIL thresholds of 2.5V/0.8V, supports a wide supply voltage range of 8V to 17V. Its bootstrap capability allows for a maximum high-side voltage of 120V.
