Texas Instruments UC2715N is a dual, low-side gate driver IC designed for efficient MOSFET control. This non-inverting driver features independent channels capable of delivering 1A source and 2A sink peak output current, facilitating rapid switching transitions with typical rise and fall times of 30ns and 25ns respectively. The UC2715N supports both N-channel and P-channel MOSFET gate drive with a supply voltage range of 7V to 20V and input logic levels of 0.8V (VIL) and 2V (VIH).
