Texas Instruments SM72482-NOPB is a dual, low-side gate driver designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs. This inverting and non-inverting gate driver features independent channels, each capable of delivering 3A source and 5A sink peak output current. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 3.5V to 14V with typical rise and fall times of 14ns and 12ns respectively. Input logic levels for VIH/VIL are 2.2V and 0.8V.
