Texas Instruments LM5111-2M is a dual, low-side gate driver designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs. This inverting driver features independent channels, each capable of sourcing 3A and sinking 5A peak output current. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 3.5V to 14V and exhibits typical rise and fall times of 14ns and 12ns respectively. Logic input thresholds are specified at 0.8V for VIL and 2.2V for VIH. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154" width) surface-mount configuration, the LM5111-2M is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial, and power supply systems where efficient switching of power semiconductors is critical. It is supplied in tube packaging and operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
