Texas Instruments LM5110-2SD is a dual, low-side gate driver designed for efficient driving of N-channel MOSFETs. This device features independent gate control with peak output currents of 3A sourcing and 5A sinking, enabling rapid switching transitions with typical rise and fall times of 14ns and 12ns respectively. The inverting input logic simplifies control, operating with logic thresholds of 0.8V (VIL) and 2.2V (VIH). Operating from a supply voltage range of 3.5V to 14V, the LM5110-2SD is housed in a compact 10-WSON (4x4) package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance.
