Texas Instruments LM2726MX is a dual, non-inverting half-bridge gate driver designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs. This component provides peak output currents of 3A sourcing and 3.2A sinking, with typical rise and fall times of 17ns and 12ns respectively. Operating with a supply voltage range of 4V to 7V, it supports a high-side voltage up to 42V via its bootstrap capability. The logic input voltage thresholds are specified at 0.25V for VIL and 2.4V for VIH. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface-mount configuration, it is supplied on tape and reel. The LM2726MX is suitable for applications in power supply, motor control, and lighting.
