Texas Instruments SIMPLE SWITCHER® LM2698MMX-ADJ is a versatile step-up and SEPIC switching regulator IC. This adjustable output device supports positive or negative voltage configurations with a minimum output of 2.2V and a maximum output of 17.5V. The internal switch can handle up to 1.35A. It operates with selectable switching frequencies of 600kHz or 1.25MHz, enabling efficient power conversion for a wide input voltage range of 2.2V to 12V. The LM2698MMX-ADJ is housed in an 8-VSSOP package suitable for surface mounting and finds application in portable electronics, industrial control systems, and automotive power management. It features a Boost and SEPIC topology without a synchronous rectifier.
