Texas Instruments SIMPLE SWITCHER® LM2676S-3-3 is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for use as a step-down switching regulator. This device provides a fixed 3.3V positive output with a maximum output current of 3A from an input voltage range of 8V to 40V. Featuring a high switching frequency of 260kHz, it enables the use of smaller external components. The LM2676S-3-3 is packaged in a TO-263-8, D2PAK (7 Leads + Tab) surface-mount configuration, also known as DDPAK-7.
