Texas Instruments SIMPLE SWITCHER® LMZ12003TZX-ADJ-NOPB is a non-isolated Point-of-Load DC-DC converter module. This adjustable output device provides a single output with a voltage range of 0.8V to 6V and a maximum output current of 3A. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V, delivering up to 92% efficiency. Key features include over-current protection (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), over-voltage protection (OVP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The module offers an enable pin for control, active high. Designed for surface mount applications, it is housed in a TO-PMOD-7 package measuring 10.2mm x 9.9mm x 4.6mm. This component is suitable for ITE (Commercial) applications and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
