Texas Instruments SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano LMZ10501SILT is a non-isolated Point-of-Load DC-DC converter module. This device provides a single, adjustable output voltage ranging from 0.6V to 3.6V with a maximum output current of 1A. Featuring an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, it boasts up to 95% efficiency. The LMZ10501SILT incorporates comprehensive protection features including Over-Current Protection (OCP), Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO). Control is managed via an active-high Enable pin. This module is designed for surface mount applications, packaged in an 8-LDFN exposed pad format, supplied on tape and reel. Its compact dimensions of 3.0mm x 2.6mm x 1.5mm make it suitable for space-constrained designs. Applications include Information Technology Equipment (ITE) in commercial environments.
