Texas Instruments SIMPLE SWITCHER® LMZ10500SH-NOPB is a non-isolated Point-of-Load DC-DC converter module. This single-output device provides a configurable output voltage ranging from 0.6V to 3.6V with a maximum output current of 650mA. Operating from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, it achieves up to 95% efficiency. The module features an active-high enable pin for control, and incorporates Over-Current Protection (OCP), Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) for robust operation. Designed for surface mounting in an 8-SMD module package, its compact dimensions are 3.0mm x 2.6mm x 1.5mm. The LMZ10500SH-NOPB is suitable for Information Technology Equipment (ITE) applications. It is supplied on a tape and reel.
