Texas Instruments TLV3501AIDBVTG4 is a single-channel, general-purpose CMOS comparator featuring a 10ns maximum propagation delay. Designed for high-speed applications, it offers rail-to-rail output swings and TTL compatibility. The device operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply or ±1.35V to ±2.75V dual supplies. Key electrical characteristics include a 6.5mV maximum input offset voltage at 5.5V and 6mV of hysteresis. Input bias current is a low 10pA at 5.5V, complemented by a quiescent current of 5mA maximum. Common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) are rated at 70dB and 100dB respectively. This comparator is housed in a SOT-23-6 package and is available on tape and reel.
