Texas Instruments TLV3402IDRG4 is a general-purpose, dual-channel CMOS comparator featuring an open-drain output. This device operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 16V or a dual supply of ±1.35V to ±8V. The TLV3402IDRG4 offers excellent power efficiency with a maximum quiescent current of 950nA. Input bias current is a low 250pA at 15V, and the input offset voltage is a maximum of 3.6mV at 15V. It boasts high common-mode rejection (CMRR) of 88dB and power-supply rejection (PSRR) of 105dB. The propagation delay is rated at a maximum of 300µs. With a surface-mount 8-SOIC package and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, the TLV3402IDRG4 is suitable for applications in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and battery-powered devices.
