Texas Instruments TLV3402ID is a dual-channel, general-purpose CMOS comparator with an open-drain output. This device operates over a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 16V for single supply or ±1.35V to ±8V for dual supplies. It features a propagation delay of 300µs maximum and a low quiescent current of 950nA maximum. The input bias current is a mere 250pA at 15V, and it offers excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 88dB and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 105dB. The open-drain output configuration allows for flexible interfacing and wired-OR capabilities. The TLV3402ID is supplied in an 8-SOIC package, suitable for surface mounting.
