Texas Instruments TLV3401CDBVT is a single-channel, general-purpose CMOS comparator with an open-drain output. This device operates from a 2.5V to 16V single supply or ±1.25V to ±8V dual supply. It features a low input bias current of 250pA at 15V and a quiescent current of 950nA maximum. The output can source up to 10mA.
