Texas Instruments LinCMOS™ TLC393IPG4 is a dual-channel, general-purpose voltage comparator featuring an open-drain MOS output. This device is optimized for high-precision applications with a maximum input offset voltage of 5mV at 10V and an input bias current as low as 5pA at 5V. The TLC393IPG4 offers excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), both typically 84dB. It operates over a supply voltage range of 3V to 16V and consumes a quiescent current of up to 65µA. With a maximum propagation delay of 4.5µs, it is suitable for applications requiring fast response times. The 8-PDIP through-hole package facilitates easy board integration.
