Texas Instruments LinCMOS™ TLC393CD is a dual general-purpose voltage comparator featuring a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 16V. This device offers a typical CMRR and PSRR of 84dB and a low input bias current of 5pA at 5V, minimizing measurement errors in high-impedance circuits. The open-drain MOS output stage allows for flexible interfacing with pull-up resistors, supporting output currents up to 20mA. With a maximum quiescent current of 50µA and a propagation delay of 4.5µs, the TLC393CD is suitable for power-sensitive applications.
