Texas Instruments TLC3702MDG4 is a dual-channel, general-purpose LinCMOS™ comparator featuring a push-pull, TTL-compatible output. This device operates over a wide voltage range of 4V to 16V, with a typical supply current of 90µA. The input bias current is exceptionally low at 5pA @ 5V, and the input offset voltage is rated at a maximum of 5mV @ 10V. With a high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) and Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 84dB, this comparator ensures signal integrity in noisy environments. The output current capability is 20mA. It is supplied in an 8-SOIC surface-mount package, suitable for operation across an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The propagation delay is a maximum of 4.5µs.
