Texas Instruments LinCMOS™ TLC339IPW is a general-purpose comparator featuring four independent elements with open-drain outputs. This device offers a wide operating voltage range from 3V to 16V, supporting both single and dual supply configurations. The input bias current is exceptionally low at 5pA maximum at 5V, and input offset voltage is 5mV maximum at 10V. CMRR and PSRR are specified at 84dB typical. With a maximum quiescent current of 125µA, it's suitable for power-sensitive applications. The propagation delay is a maximum of 4.5µs.
