Texas Instruments TLC339CPWG4 is a quad-channel, general-purpose LinCMOS™ comparator featuring open-drain CMOS outputs. This device offers a wide operating voltage range from 3V to 16V, with a typical CMRR and PSRR of 84dB. Input bias current is exceptionally low at 5pA (typical) at 5V, and the maximum input offset voltage is 5mV at 10V. Each comparator element has a propagation delay of up to 4.5µs.
