Texas Instruments LM311P-NG is a differential comparator featuring open-collector and open-emitter outputs. This single-element device operates from a wide supply voltage range of 3.5V to 30V (single) or ±1.75V to ±15V (dual). With a maximum input bias current of 0.25µA at ±15V and a maximum input offset voltage of 7.5mV at ±15V, it provides reliable performance in demanding applications. The propagation delay is specified at a maximum of 115ns. The LM311P-NG is housed in an 8-PDIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package, suitable for prototyping and various industrial automation, test and measurement, and medical equipment designs.
