Texas Instruments LMX2433TMX is a PLLatinum™ series PLL Frequency Synthesizer. This monolithic device integrates a phase detector, a charge pump, and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) for high-performance frequency synthesis. It operates from a 2.25V to 2.75V supply and features a maximum output frequency of 3.6GHz, with a 1.7GHz capability depending on the configuration. The LMX2433TMX supports a 3:2 input-to-output ratio and can function with or without a PLL bypass. Input and output signals are compatible with CMOS logic levels. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a 20-TSSOP package, measuring 4.40mm in width. This component is utilized in applications requiring precise frequency generation, such as wireless communications infrastructure and advanced test and measurement equipment.
