Texas Instruments Boomer® series LM4863M-NOPB is a 3.2W per channel, dual bridge-tied load (BTL) audio amplifier. This Class AB amplifier IC delivers 440mW per channel into an 8-ohm load. It features integrated headphone amplification, capable of driving stereo headphones. The LM4863M-NOPB includes performance-enhancing features such as a low-power shutdown mode and thermal shutdown protection. Its depop circuitry minimizes turn-on noise. This device is suitable for portable audio applications, including multimedia systems and audio playback devices. The component is provided in a 16-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm Width) surface-mount package and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The supply voltage range is 2V to 5.5V.
