Texas Instruments ADS8411IPFBR is a 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from the microPOWER™ series. This component features a single input with a sampling rate of up to 2MSPS. It offers both pseudo-differential and single-ended input types, configurable for S/H-ADC operation with a 1:1 ratio. The device supports external and internal voltage references and operates with analog supply voltages of 5V and digital supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 5.25V.
