Texas Instruments microPOWER™ ADS8380IBRHPRG4 is an 18-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This device features a single input channel with a pseudo-differential and single-ended input type, configurable for a 1:1 S/H to ADC ratio. The ADS8380IBRHPRG4 offers a sampling rate of up to 600kSPS and supports both external and internal voltage references. Data is transferred via an SPI interface. The component operates with an analog supply voltage of 5V and a digital supply range of 2.7V to 5.25V, within an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
