Texas Instruments ADS8372IBRHPR is a 16-bit, 600kSPS SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter from the microPOWER™ series. This device features a single input with a pseudo-differential or differential input type, a 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio, and supports both external and internal voltage references. Data is transferred via an SPI interface.
